1. Agreement
By accessing or using Crafing (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, to the extent permitted by law. The effective date above shows when the current version started.
2. The Service
Crafing provides browser-based design tools, templates, free image utilities, AI-assisted features, digital exports, and optional print product ordering and fulfillment.
Features, pricing, quotas, and availability may change. We may suspend or modify parts of the Service for maintenance, security, or business reasons.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or create risk for other users or our systems.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload or create content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harmful, or that violates others’ rights.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, payment, authentication, or security controls.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service except as allowed by law or our written permission.
- Extract, download, copy, redistribute, or reuse Crafing’s direct platform assets (including templates, fonts, stickers, clip art, stock elements, theme files, raw media libraries, and CDN asset files) outside the Service.
- Use AI or image tools to generate or process content you do not have rights to use, or for prohibited purposes under applicable law.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when placing orders or contacting support.
5. Your content and licenses
You retain ownership of designs, images, and other content you upload or create (“User Content”), subject to third-party rights in fonts, stock, or templates you use.
You grant Crafing a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit User Content as needed to operate the Service (including CDN delivery, editing, preview, printing, and AI processing you request).
You represent that you have all rights needed for User Content and for any order we fulfill from it.
6. Crafing intellectual property and assets
The Service, branding, software, UI, documentation, templates, themes, stickers, fonts, clip art, stock elements, media libraries, CDN files, and all other direct platform assets (“Crafing Assets”) are owned by Crafing or its licensors. All rights, title, and interest in Crafing Assets remain with us.
You may not use, copy, download, extract, redistribute, sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit Crafing Assets as standalone files or source materials. Access inside the editor does not transfer ownership or a license to reuse those assets outside Crafing.
7. Generated and downloaded images
Images you generate or export through the Service (for example AI outputs and finished design downloads) are provided as Creative Commons public-domain–style outputs for your use: you may download them and use them for personal or commercial printing and other uses wherever you choose, subject to applicable law and third-party rights in any User Content you included.
That permission applies only to the finished generated or downloaded image file. It does not grant rights to Crafing Assets themselves (templates, source graphics, fonts, stickers, raw library files, or other direct assets used to build the design). Separating, scraping, or reusing those assets outside the Service remains prohibited.
8. Subscriptions, tokens, and free tools
Paid plans, token packs, and free-tool quotas are described on the Pricing page and in-product UI. Prices are typically shown in INR and may include applicable taxes as stated at checkout.
Background-removal and similar free tools may be limited for guests and free accounts. AI generation may require a spendable token balance. Unused subscription benefits and tokens may expire according to the plan or pack terms shown at purchase.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once processing has begun or digital entitlements have been delivered. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may result in account suspension.
9. Print orders
Print products are manufactured from the artwork and options you confirm at checkout. Colors and finishes can vary slightly from on-screen previews due to materials and production.
Provide accurate shipping details. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes according to our shipping partners’ terms once the order is handed over, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
If an order is defective or damaged in transit due to our fault or a carrier we engage, contact support promptly with photos and order details so we can arrange a reprint or remedy as appropriate.
10. Third-party services
Payments, hosting, CDN, AI models, and fulfillment may involve third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their processing. We are not responsible for outages or acts outside our reasonable control.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not allowed.
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that exports or prints will meet every professional or platform specification without your review.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crafing and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to Crafing for the Service in the three months before the claim, or INR 2,000 if you paid nothing, except where liability cannot be limited (for example fraud or personal injury caused by negligence where mandated).
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crafing from claims arising out of your User Content, your orders, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive termination.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
